The Toyota Corolla will return to UK markets after almost 13 years. Replacing the Auris, the Corolla will be based on the TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture). The Corolla will feature the latest hybrid technology.
The Corolla was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2018 with the Auris naming, however Toyota have made the decision to bring the Corolla name back to the UK market.
There are three powertrain choices with the New Corolla. The only conventional option is a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 114bhp, whilst the other two options are hybrid variants; a 1.8-litre engine with 121bhp and a new 2.0-litre version with 178bhp.
Keep posted for further updates on the Toyota Corolla making its way to an RMB showroom near you!
