RMB Toyota Northallerton recently welcomed Abbie Thompson to the Aftersales Team. Abbie joins us with a wealth of experience in the automotive industry, with previous employment as a Product Specialist for Mercedes-Benz and a Service Advisor at Simon Bailes Peugeot. After taking a short career break to have her son Leo in 2017, Abbie was head-hunted by Renault General Manager Paul Walker.

Abbie returned to the automotive industry this month to join the RMB Toyota Northallerton Service Team. From servicing and MOTs to comprehensive repairs, Abbie is at the forefront of our busy service department and is on hand to ensure that your new or used Toyota retains its peak condition. There are many advantages to keeping your vehicle in excellent condition, including helping your car live a longer life whilst maintaining a good resale value.

From motoring to motorsport

Originally from Thirsk, Abbie is better placed than most to advise on keeping your vehicle happy and healthy. In addition to horse riding of which Abbie has had a passion for since a young age, Abbie also enjoys motorsport.

Proud mum to Leo, Abbie and Leo are often in the audience cheering on family in the Bennetts British Superbike Championshop (BSB) in the Ducati Tri-Options Cup. The BSB continues to grow as one of the greatest domestic bike series in the world, with a huge following of fans who follow the championship around the UK. It seems little Leo is also learning to love bikes as much as the rest of the Thompson family!
