RMB Toyota Service departments have come out on top for Q1 Mystery Shops, and it’s all thanks to our hard working team members Jack Millward, Chloe Herring and Gemma Davies.
If you’re an RMB Toyota customer, there’s no doubt you’ve probably visited one of our service departments and experienced the excellent customer service for yourself. We have now been recognised by Toyota for this with our Mystery Shop results coming both first and second in every month of Q1!
Throughout the first quarter of the year, RMB Toyota Teesside topped the ranks in our zone for Service Department Mystery Shops whilst RMB Toyota Northallerton ranked second. This is an amazing achievement and highlights the outstanding customer service from our dedicated team members who we are delighted to have with us at RMB.
