The RMB Toyota Service Plan lets you spread the cost of your servicing and essential car maintenance over a number of years, by paying monthly by direct debit just like you would pay your usual household bills. You can also pay for the Service Plan in full, should you wish to do so.
Paying monthly helps you spread the cost of your Service Plan and helps avoid the inconvenience of a one-off bill. It also helps you budget and plan for the future.
Whenever a part needs to be replaced, a genuine Toyota component will be fitted in its place. They have been rigorously tested to guarantee their quality and engineered to the same specification as an original. Genuine parts also come with a 12-month guarantee.
As a Service Plan holder all future costs are accounted for with discounts already applied including discounted MOTs, reduced service costs and 10% saving on all additional parts, labour and accessories.

How much are the monthly payments?
This will depend on your specific requirements and we can can provide you with a free quotation. The monthly cost is calculated based on your annual mileage, what you choose to include in the plan and time required until your next service or MOT.
What is included?
Your Service Plan covers the cost of your scheduled Motor Servicing, covering parts and labour. It excludes anything not listed in the scheduled service.
What if I change car or move away?
If you change your car any money remaining in your fund can be transferred free of charge to a new Service Plan for your new car. If you move, you can use your Service Plan at any RMB Automotive centre across the North East. However, if you move away you can cancel your plan and we'll transfer any remaining funds to you. Contact us to arrange a plan transfer or to cancel your plan.
What if I wish to cancel?
If your circumstances change and you wish to cancel your plan you can do. Simply contact us with your policy details and a refund of the remaining balance will be transferred to your account.
