The first repair centre my insurance company offered me was RMB Auto which I immediately accepted as I was a customer of theirs for many years. I've bought a number of Toyota cars from them and I was always very pleased with the high levels of attention and service they provided. On arrival at your bodyshop I was very impressed to see the large sign, confirming that you were an Approved VW workshop.

I would just like to say thanks to you and your team, especially Gemma, Bruce, and Jennifer for looking after me and my car at all stages of the repair process. The finished quality of the work and final presentation of the car was absolutely first class and I can’t thank you enough for restoring my unique car back to its original and well-loved pristine condition.

I just wanted to pass on a compliment about Lee Anderson, I am very happy with the way he has helped me in buying my new AYGO, he is a very nice personable guy, not pushy but helpful in answering any queries I had. I'll be honest I had been round a few garages but never felt comfortable with the 'pushy' sales - Lee came across as a very genuine guy and was wonderful with my 86 year old Mum too. I feel comfortable that if I have any questions I could get in touch with him any time.

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your staff for my recent visit to replace the wings on my 2nd car. I was rang by Siobhan to book it in and was given a very quick appointment. I work during the week and because yourselves don’t on a Saturday, Siobhan offered that I could drop the keys with a Sales team member on the Saturday before my appointment. This helped me out immensely. It may seem quite a trivial thing but it helped me out immensely.

Also, when the car was promptly repaired and finished, I was kept up to date and again offered to be able to collect the car on the Saturday just gone (7th Oct).I very much appreciate the high standard of the repair and finish and also the cleanliness of it too when I collected. I hope you pass on my thanks and gratitude of being dealt with so very pleasantly and kindly.

After becoming a new mother I was after a car that was not too big but one that had plenty of space for my partner, myself and newborn. A car that could fit a pushchair in the boot was the main focus and the Sandero was the perfect choice for me. I travel 50 miles to have my car serviced at Lexus Teesside. I waited two and a half hours until the car was completed, during that time I was offered tea or coffee and made to feel welcome. I cannot rate this centre highly enough.
