Lexus Host / Receptionist (Part Time/Job Share)
Lexus Teesside is part of the RMB Group based at Cygnet Way, Stockton. We are seeking two part time Hosts to job share at our prestigious Lexus Centre at Cygnet Drive. Days and hours will be by negotiation and flexibility will be required from the successful candidates.
Lexus are renowned for their amazing levels of customer experience and the Host is key to delivering this, working closely with the rest of the team a key responsibility is to ensure that customers are guided through their visit and introductions are made to other members of the team as and when the need arises. The Host also has responsibility for ensuring that the customer facing areas are kept in a pristine condition at all times and any shortfalls are attended to or brought to the attention of the Management Team.
Greeting all visitors to the Lexus Centre and attending to their immediate needs and comfort.
Introducing visitors to whichever team member can best serve their needs and monitoring the progress of their visit, with assistance where needed.
Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidates should have experience of dealing with the general public in a retail or customer service industry. The individuals should be very presentable and have impeccable manners and good telephone and verbal skills
