RMB are looking to recruit a credible and highly professional General Sales Manager, with a proven track record of managing effectively at a senior level.

Role and Responsibilities

The aim of the role is primarily to take the business forward, providing vision, inspiration, and professionalism of the highest standard.

With business acumen, you will maximise on profits and seek long term returns on investments through the prudent and efficient use of resources. You will seek out new ways to increase and develop business opportunities and identify new and additional products maintaining and improving the Dealership's competitive edge.

RMB are leading the way in Customer Satisfaction so the right candidate will need to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is continued, enhancing the reputation of RMB Automotive Ltd by creating and maintaining an environment where all management and employees develop and excel.

What you can expect

It is essential that you have a detailed understanding and current and relevant experience of the retail motor industry at the highest level. You will have practical skills, experience and knowledge of modern motor industry processes and practices with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices including Trade Description, Consumer Protection and Consumer Credit Laws.

Professional qualifications and membership of the I.M.I. are an advantage.
