Road tax is changing...

From the 1st of April 2017 the Government is changing the rates of road tax for any new vehicle registered on or after 1st April. These changes will see motorists pay a higher rate for road tax for the first year based on CO2 emissions of their car, followed by a standard rate of £140 every year after this. Vehicles over £40,000 will also be subject to an additional charge of £310 per year.

These changes will only apply to vehicles registered on or after 1st April 2017, therefore you can avoid the road tax increases and save hundreds of pounds by purchasing and registering your new Toyota vehicle before the end of March.

The table below illustrates the rates of road tax for each Toyota vehicle, comparing the current rates to the new increased rates effective from 1st April 2017.
