Toyota Takes the Trophy...

Looking back at five years of triumph for RMB Toyota Northallerton.​

Over the past five years, RMB Toyota Northallerton has gained some fantastic achievements that we are proud to look back on and share with you all. We are extremely proud with the work that all teams from RMB Toyota Northallerton have put in to making this possible.

In 2013, RMB Toyota Northallerton were awarded the Toyota Centre of Excellence Award and also received the Toyota Presidents Club Award in recognition of its excellent customer service and consistent achievement of its annual sales objectives. We are delighted to have since received Toyota Presidents Club Award for five consecutive years.

To compliment this, the drive to deliver a greater level of customer service has led to achieving Toyota Europe’s prestigious 'Ichiban' Award. The term ‘Ichiban’ is derived from the Japanese term okyakusama ichiban, which means ‘customer first’. We are extremely proud to have been awarded the 'Ichiban' Award in 2016 and 2017 with only three Centres in the Toyota UK market receiving this recognition.

We are extremely proud of the hard work and success that RMB Toyota Northallerton has achieved over the past 5 years, and we would like to personally thank our loyal customers and Toyota GB for their on-going support. Most importantly, we would like to thank our hard working teams at each of our sites who deliver fantastic results on a daily basis. They are an asset to the RMB Group and long may their success continue.
