First Impressions Last - RMB Teesside (Service Department)

I recently had to bring my car into RMB for a warranty issue. The service received from the staff was excellent and they made me feel very welcome! I haven't had to use a main dealer in the past however first impressions last and I will certainly recommend RMB positively to friends and family!
