"Attention to detail by all staff is outstanding..." - Lexus Teesside (Service Department)

Dear Jacquie,

May I take this opportunity to congratulate your team on first class customer service.

I recently brought my car in for a recall job which was carried out promptly at a date and time of my convenience. My car was returned cleaned and with extra fuel which was very much appreciated.

Attention to detail by all staff is out standing, my husband and I were greeted with warm smiles and offers of coffee whilst the loan car was brought which was a 4x4 we had asked if we could try.

When we returned it we arranged to test drive another over the following weekend as my husband is considering changing his BMW X5 the team spent a great deal of time answering all questions he had in a genuinely interested and un hurried manner.

I bought my Lexus is250 from you in 2009 and it has been an amazing car that has needed nothing at all doing with it other than annual service and m.o.t as I explained to your sales team I made a deal with the car I would keep it until work needed to be done to it, I never thought in my wildest dreams 8 years later I would still own the car as nothing has needed doing except discs/ brakes and tyres which are general wear and tear items.

When it finally needs changing I can assure you that Lexus Teesside will be my first port of call.

You are in my opinion meeting your goal as I am completely satisfied and beyond, as a customer I am most definatly an ambassador of Lexus Teesside and my car is a brilliant example of the quality and reliability of Lexus as a whole.
