Bennett Renault Leeds is a franchise of RMB Automotive covering the North of England. We are searching for a talented, responsible individual who is ready to take on multiple tasks. Working closely with our Service Manager in the heart of the after sales department of the dealership, Service Advisors are expected to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a customer focused position to provide excellent support and administrative service between the customer and Service Centre. As the face of RMB it is important to the centre to plan and coordinate Service activity to maximise workshop/bodyshop utilisation and profitability, as well as ensuring Complete Customer Satisfaction.
