Bennett Renault Leeds is a franchise of RMB Automotive covering the North of England. We are searching for a talented, responsible individual who is ready to take on multiple tasks.  Working closely with our Service Manager in the heart of the after sales department of the dealership, Service Advisors are expected to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The Role

This is a customer focused position to provide excellent support and administrative service between the customer and Service Centre. As the face of RMB it is important to the centre to plan and coordinate Service activity to maximise workshop/bodyshop utilisation and profitability, as well as ensuring Complete Customer Satisfaction.


  • Builds rapport and qualifies customers’ requirements
  • Ensures relevant selling opportunities are maximised
  • Agrees the details of the work that is to be carried out
  • Coordinates activities to deliver agreed work (on time/cost)
  • Updates the customer on progress and ensures Complete Customer Satisfaction on completion
  • Keeps apace of product updates, changes within the industry and current legislation
  • Works as a full member of the Centre team
The Person
  • Customer Service experience within a franchised dealership or bodyshop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise confidently with customers
  • Knowledge of workshop loading systems would be beneficial but not essential
  • IT Literate with Kerridge (preferably) and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A solution focused individual with a natural problem solving aptitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • From an automotive trade background although not essential

Hours of work: 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, every other Saturday from 8.00 am to 12.00 midday, 1 hour lunch break.
