Renault Leeds is part of the growing RMB Automotive Group who are well known for their great customer care which results in high levels of customer recommendation.
Reporting into the General Manager, the role will involve leading and managing a service team of up to 7 Renault Technicians and 3 Service Advisors and Support team. You will do this through day to day coaching, robust management and regular customer interaction. You will support your team to sell service hours and maintenance packages whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
We are looking for you to be an experienced Service Manager, have a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
