Reporting into the Franchise Director, the role will involve leading and managing a management team with overall responsibility for over thirty members of staff. You will do this through day to day coaching, robust management and detailed day to day monitoring of the dealerships performance. You will support your management team to enable them to achieve their respective sales and profit targets, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
We are looking for you to be an experienced manager, have a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You will have entrepreneurial flair, be a calculated risk taker and be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
